Innovation Council for Real-World Agile Practices for Information Developers
Most information about Agile is geared towards developers. Writers often find themselves trying to figure out how to adapt to the new methodology. The desire to share ideas and successes sparked the idea for creating this virtual Innovation Council.

Before my development teams moved to Agile, I had a difficult time getting my books completed in time for an editorial review. The compressed schedules near the end of the release also made it difficult to provide beta documentation with the confidence that the documentation included features that Product Management wanted to showcase for the customer.
